Leading and managing the execution and delivery of facilities and cross functional projects within Global Real Estate, Facilities and Procurement while providing leadership in overseeing and leading the project management process, implementation and execution, improving the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the project delivery capabilities to ensure the projects are completed on time, achieve the desired results and are within budget as well as the achievement of local and function-wide goals.

Responsible for managing a reception and security team at the head quarter in Zurich to ensure all daily operations run smoothly, effectively and professionally with exceptional customer service. Additionally, responsible for health and safety at the workplace, acting as Deputy Facility Manager and providing support for Facilities Management as well as managing and supporting various projects.

Responsible for managing the day to day activities of all clinic reception teams and the administration team to ensure all 18 clinics are running smoothly; including all private medical insurance referrals and repeat bookings are handled efficiently and with exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate client records for marketing and invoicing purposes. Further responsible for training and hiring new receptionists/administrators, work schedules and payroll. Onsite support for all clinicians.

Responsible for managing all daily operations in club, health and safety, leading and training a team of 6 receptionists at front of house to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring targets are hit, managing the fitness service team and cleaning service team, dealing with suppliers, administrational work and payroll, coordinating work schedules, reviewing budgets and targets.

Achieving set individual and team sales targets, generating leads, promoting the business, cold calling, arranging appointments, providing excellent member service and member support.

Working in different departments within the hotel, gaining knowledge in front of house/reception, back of house/bookings, marketing and CRM, organising events, restaurant/bar and housekeeping.
