Responsible for the steering and co-ordination of quality management activites in the production relevant areas, incl. assembly, product integration, woodshop and leathershop. Responsible for the steering, co-ordination and process optimisation of the product quality targets in the pre-series development and production phases through to series launch. Responsible for the steering and technical responsibility for problem management process in pre-series.

Responsible for the planning and steering of validation activities for product integration into series production. Technical responsibility for the management of the Rolls Royce product integration project team. Definition of suitable validation methods and content including cost and deadline management. Reporting into the project management team of validation status, top topics and escalation as required.
Responsible for the planning and co-ordination of total vehicle validation activities of customer relevant functions. Co-ordination of the relevant ressources for the validation activities with the relevant CoC for squeaks / rattles, water-tightness, aero & powertrain acoustics & operating comfort. Alignment and steering of results from validation activities with the technical departments and ensuring the resolution of issues is sustained.
Responsible for planning the validation scope for squeaks and rattles. Testing of pre-series vehicles according to validation scope and analysis of detected failures. Support in problem resolution process incl. documentation and solution definition. Verification of problem containment and series solutions. Reporting to launch viability manager and relevant working engineering teams regarding vehicle status at relevant project milestones.
Technical Engineering Apprenticeship in the technical laboratory Testing and analysis of problems in plant quality. Investigation of material defects in the following fields to chemistry, process, non-metal and metal components.
