As a Leadership Coach I help high achievers navigate their professional challenges and optimise their mental performance. With over 17 years experience in the people & culture area, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, a systemic training in coaching and a resilience coaching training, my passion is to empower leaders to discover and unleash their full potential and to successfully reach their business goals while supporting organisational transformation. I have coached in topics such as cultural and organisational change, inclusive communication and cooperation, cultural awareness and performance optimisation. I have also designed and implemented people strategies, business-focused people core processes and policies. As a mentor, I am proud to be part in the Thrive with Mentoring program.
