I lead the BT part of contract of separating Archroma from Clariant Network and setting up new WAN and LAN and Security Infrastructure. The challenge was the tight deadline of completing this separation for 32 countries and 56 sites by End of December 2014. Leading the team across Functional towers and across regional boundaries this challenge was met with Customer praising the achievement.

As PM lead for this account, I ensured that the delivery of services ordered were planned and delivered in time and ensuring the business perspective of the customer was always taken into account. Delivering complex One Voice GSIP solution was a huge challenge as most Telco suppliers have different processes for enabling this service through their network. I played a major role in bringing the customer satisfaction on the delivery side to a high level.

This is BT Global LAN / WAN / IPT / Transformation program. I was responsible for ensuring the smooth transformation of Mars Wrigley sites to BT managment Platforms with a Team of PM's situated remotely.

As regional Program Manager, I have just completed Transformation of 42 Proctor & Gamble sites in across 23 countries. Challengin as it has been it has enriched my experience working in the most complicated and diversified region. Leading a team of remote PM’s, Engineers and a consortium of partners (Intact, CompuCom, HP, CISCO, Getronics) to transform 42 sites in 23 countries as per agreed contract with P&G. This was by far the most challenging and enriching experience considering the geographic spread.

Worked on BT Novartis Transformation program. Responsible for setting up Global cabling standards for LAN technical Transformation.

Senior Project / Programme Manager. Mentor / Coach for PM methodology.

Senior Project manager. Implemtation large complex IT Networks LAN/WAN for Global customers. Business Process Engineering and coordination within EMEA.

Product managent of complete software protofolio associated with Data recorders and Data analysis Software. Customer specific responsibility for SE Asia and North America.

Resonsible for all the Software development within the product group. Ensuring the tools / training and development cycles followed the agreed practice within the company. Training of Software engineers both inside and at Customer sites

Communications and Control
