As a consultant and organisational psychologist, Llewellyn founded and led a successful management consulting firm that partnered with various Fortune 500 companies to map talent capabilities, develop customized talent assessment solutions, and to design targeted talent development programs with proven ROI. As a behavioural scientist and applied statistician, he holds an extraordinary professorship with the Optentia Research Unit at the North-West University.
