• Management of the complete infrastructure • Guarantee the availability (99.99%) of all the customer facing services • Investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution • Manage and develop the CI/CD infrastructure • Maintain and improve the monitoring and logging systems • Introduce and manage new technologies supporting our customer facing services (SSO platform, Event Streaming platform, Messaging server)

I am part of the Infrastructure Team for the customer ESA - European Space Agency. As administrator, my main task is to manage and to maintain the operational state of the IT infrastructure, both systems and applications. I have to provide customer’s support services for company’s applications, including problem analysis and resolution. I implement and manage monitoring solutions in order to verify applications availability and to avoid possible outages.

I worked in the Infrastructure, Networking & Security group. I have been involved in all the steps of the system integration process (hardware, software, design and delivery) of the security infrastructure and, generally, of the IT infrastructure. My main customers were BT (British Telecom), DPC (Dipartimento della Protezione Civile), ENAV (Ente Nazionale Assistenza al Volo), Ericsson, Fastweb, Telecom Italia and TIS (Telecom Italia Sparkle).
