I have more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry across different areas. As Head of WM Business Transformation I ran strategic change the bank projects. Prior to that, I had positions in Communications & Branding, Business Consulting and Asset Management. As a Business Analyst I was at the core of a global bank during the financial crisis. These varied roles have given me significant organizational understanding and insights into the dynamics of a global business. As an advisor to senior management, I supported executives in defining and executing strategies and driving transformation and change processes. Diplomatic skills are key in such a role. I am passionate about people – they inspire and motivate me, as clients, leaders, colleagues, stakeholders, as friends and family or as challengers – diversity of thought nurtures my soul.
