Analysis of the incoming data into the system and predict potential bugs or improvements. Created automation scripts to check and refresh the servers , decreasing the manual effort by 8 hour/week. Responsible for root cause analysis and resolve data issue in ReSA, RIB ,RMS, SIM. Analyse existing system for bugs, customise or add new scripts to make application more stable.
