At Proximity I am responsible for the management of overall Porsche Deutschland, Digital and Formula E team accounts. Developing and implementing best practice processes and overseeing effective ways of working as well as building client relationships. I am responsible for account growth, the timely & quality delivery of all campaigns whilst mentoring the team.

Publicis Emil is the leading agency for Mercedes-Benz managing the brand communication worldwide. For the Australian market I was responsible to setting up SFMC from scratch incl. building the full team from account to devs, reviewing & evaluating existing communication, providing strategic guidance in close cooperation with the Strategic Lead and creating new communication utilising SFMC. I was also responsible for strengthen the relationship with our clients and growing new business within Mercedes-Benz.

Bringing together some of the country’s most experienced IT marketers, Splendid Suggestions is Australia’s leading IT B2B agency. In my role as SAD, I was responsible for providing ongoing strategy and account management for several of the agency’s key clients, including Microsoft, Metallurgical Systems, Data#3, and more. I work with each client to promote their brand in a B2B context; helping them gain awareness, engagement and increased sales through various online channels and targeted marketing comms.

For close to two years, I was responsible for leading the CRM Owner Communication Program for 1Mazda@CHE Proximity. This role involved driving customer retention by developing strategic communications based on customer insights across various channels including social, email and direct mail. During my time I was responsible for rebuilding the Mazda CRM communication programme to create a more high-value, efficient, personlised and cost reducing construct incl. off- and online (Salesforce) communication.
