Hold full accountability for end-to-end service delivery, in addition to serving as an IT Operations Manager on various business-critical initiatives. Manage full project life cycle from initial scope through to delivery and subsequent follow-up. Primary point of contact with respect to service and technical issues. Responsible for managing 3rd party and vendor relations.

Carried out Migration of Application along with infrastructure. Designing, planning, template creation, handling team at onsite offshore model was main activities. After successful transition and migration handed over the system to BAU team.
