Colgate-Palmolive Services CEW GmbHI joined Colgate for a short period before deciding to pursue a personal dream. In this position I was responsible for the team managing the Palmolive and Ajax brand strategy and execution for the Romanian market.
I was accountable for the development of the gift pack product portfolio, for the NIVEA SUN retail activation, for the supermarket channel POS marketing and I was managing the e-commerce customer. Success was defined by the growth of the gift pack category market share, by maintaining the market share in the sun protection category, and by the growth of the new channels.
In this role I was appointed by the European executive board to develop the first global gift pack portfolio. My targets were to reduce the cost of the local developments and grow the category in tough and stagnating markets.
As a direct report to the regional VP, I was in charge of leading the annual Sales Business Plan process together with global finance. I created the top management and local topline reports and maintained the global master data for the international customers and I was responsible for mitigating the regional parallel imports risk.
