I was accountable for the administrative and financial operations of the company, including the development of a financial strategy and the ongoing monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

I was responsible for the financial & oparational tasks of the company, including the development of both departments, hiring skilled staff and implementing rules and guidelines to ensure the proper start-up of the company.

I was responsible for the proper reporting of all Doka subsidiaries in the Middle- & Far East region as well as for the implementation of headoffice guidelines and management software. I was reporting directly to the Regional Management.

As a Comm. Project Manager I was part of the team negotiating new contracts and prepare the respective offers based on a substantiated revenue-cost-analysis. I was reporting directly to the General Manager.

I was commercially responsible for several national and international (e.g. Libya, Saudi Arabia, Russia) projects, EBIT and margin planning as well as the preparation of forecasts (quarterly and annually).

I was working as a trainee during my studies and was able to gain valuable insight and knowledge concerning the Risk Management in the Banking Sector.
