Responsible for building and managing a global partner network and strategy through load balancing between partners, workforce planning & reporting, make or buy decisions, partner governance through relationship management, development & reporting of quality and financial KPIs, tendering, negotiations, claim management, contract management, supplier and service reviews, supplier evaluation & development.

- Heading the purchasing controlling organization for NSN’s biggest region Europe with 3 sub-regions, >40 countries and ~ 3.000 mEUR purchasing volume (spend). - Key responsibility is the alignment of procurement and controlling activities to create, maintain and report data transparency for all relevant KPIs and use best practice approach to streamline the various activities in all countries of the region to achieve a common process and reporting structure across the region

- Responsibility for implementing and maintaining a purchasing controlling organization for Global Procurement, including Indirect Purchasing, Service Procurement, IT Hardware & Software, Manufacturing Services and Products & Systems Procurement within the NAM region - Key responsibility for analyzing, adopting, implementing and creating a harmonized tool, systems and process landscape for procurement in the region in accordance and alignment with global and local requirements

Worldwide responsibility within Siemens Communications for processes, tools, systems and methodologies in global procurement, including policies and guidelines, benchmarking, compliance, Sarbanes Oxley, contract management, internal audits, supplier management and evaluation, Risk Management and balanced scorecard.

Global Commodity Manager, world wide responsible for procurement of software licenses with average purchasing volume of 300 mio EUR. Also responsible for material groups Consulting and Temporary Labour.

- Member of consulting team to prepare and roll out an eCommerce procurement platform for an international customer headquartered in the Netherlands - Responsible for analysis of supplier base and demand per procurement cluster and define commodities for the procurement organization
