-Worked as a consultant to FORD India Pvt. Ltd., for the product development of LNT catalyst based diesel after treatment system in a passenger-segment hatchback application. -Learned the FORD Global Product Development System for an upcoming SUV segment based on VX-772 platform and worked with various stakeholders to progress through a quality gate in the project timeline.

-Development of simulation tools using Python and MATLAB to aid process improvement. -Calibration development, in partnership with AVL List GmbH, Austria, for a 1.5L diesel SUV application for timely delivery of project -Establishing Performance benchmarking methodology of Lean NOx Trap (LNT) technology for a compact diesel SUV application

-Developed a relationship building program with Retail Partners of North India region by augmenting a Professional Development Curriculum for new Dealer Principals (DPs). -Implemented 5 process improvement projects in General Assembly (GA) to re-certify ISO 9001 & 14001. -Improved process time by 15% while working with the CAE team in R&D to iteratively optimize the mathematical model of car body material using Genetic Algorithm to best fit Test and CAE behaviour.

Analysed three-dimensional flow simulations of offshore wind turbine with Immersed Boundary Method by solving discretized governing equations using C++ programming.

Tutored undergraduate students to practically demonstrate Parallel and Counter Flow Heat Exchanger, and Shell & Tube heat exchanger concepts in Heat Transfer laboratory
