Strategic advisory to C-level executives across industries and markets. Management of larger or multiple projects (50 – 2.500 th. EUR) in Central & Eastern Europe and the Middle East, with responsibility for the team, deliverables, client relationship and project profitability. Development of new business opportunities and innovative solutions with a focus on digitalisation, augmented reality, big data, predictive maintenance, reliability improvement and O&M cost reductions.

Management of internal relationship among 20 RWE companies within RWE CZ group after the restructuring. Defined new intergroup relationships in the form of Service Level Agreement (SLAs) contracts. Also responsible for the project management of large scale IT & Financial projects.

Development & definition of business strategy for RWE CZ group and its alignment with RWE AG strategy. Definition of corporate targets and adjustment of the corporate governance system. Evaluation of future business opportunities for RWE CZ.

Developing and Implementing a Mid-term business strategy for the 3rd largest mobile operator in the world. Mediating communication between the top management of the daughter companies and the board members in the global headquarters. Identifying and developing key strategic themes.

Leading the Short and Long-term budgeting process of the company (including Profit &Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Planning, Valuation and Impairment testing of the company). Presenting the overall picture to the top management and negotiating it with the headquarter in Bonn.

Financial planning and forecasting including financial support for various business units (technical; sales, marketing, IT & customer care etc.)

Reviewing financial statements in accordance with US, IAS and CZ GAAP.
