Managing a strong team of technical and commercial experts, who are defining and executing the marketing strategy, product and solution portfolio and technical design in support. Coordinating the engagement with Automotive OEMs, TierOnes, Conferences and standardization bodies in the respective application field, leveraging NXP's global sales force.

Responsible for market leading MIFARE product families. Key tasks are to define the strategy and drive the worldwide execution regarding key partner management, product design ins, key projects, competitive positioning, pricing and forecasting. Interface to business development, account management, product management, legal and F&A. Cross segment coordination of all NXP’s activities in access management.

Responsible for the worldwide strategy of RFID in libraries, fashion and animal identification. Partner & channel management, translation of customer needs into product specifications and industry specific standardization.

Analysis and improvement of the medium term and strategic forecasting process.
