Managing the Buckles Business Unit, with a turnover of 65M€ and 325 associates with full responsibility for production, quality, in-bound logistics, process and production engineering and maintenance departments, improving the productivity of operations. Supervision of 30 lines with a daily output of 60,000 buckles delivered to 54 customers in the automotive sector such as Renault, Citroen, Seat, Volkswagen, Ford, Opel, Nissan England, Nissan Japan, Mercedes, Chrysler USA, Peugeot, Johnson Controls

Manufacturing Planning and Control responsible making sure that available production capacity is sufficient to produce the volume to be produced.
