Planned infrastructure for the new department to handle customer deliveries and support customer queries. Set up workflow, identify processes for managing tasks and lead a team of tech leads and senior engineers to deliver COQOS hypervisor(type-1) based solution. Technically lead a team of 20+ resources to ensure delivery of the programs. Visited OEMs to define project roadmap. Plan feature delivery. Worked with Controlling, Legal, Purchasing, Manufacturing, HW Engineering, sales and customer support (for field issues) team. Supplier management (Luxoft, QNX, NNG, HERE). Reporting to Director/program management/customer. Participate in steering committee meetings. Close co-ordination with quality team for process adherence. Creating 8D reports for critical issues.

Leading a team and ensure timely deliveries for Volvo and Renault. Weekly program status update to stakeholders. Planning sprints and tracking the team. Provide technical leadership across domains involving tuner, BT, media, systems. Reviewing DOORS for requirements management. Responsible to ensure process compliance as per ASPICE. Work closely with quality team for continuous improvements. Contribute individually for AUTOSAR stack integration. BSW, ODX integration, CDD file generation, CAN db integration.

Started as individual contributor working on CAN, diagnostics, media module. Module lead for media domain, contributed individually development of CD drive module with support up to 6 CDs. As a POC lead, was responsible for the development of aftermarket DVD player and contributed individually for board bring up tasks, bootloader module and EEPROM driver. For the Ford program, took responsibility as integration co-lead for a team of ~10 resources. Review of requirement documents and defect management.

As an Individual contributor, developed device drivers for graphic LCD display, designed and implemented ISR routines for key interrupt handling for test and measurement equipment. Developed driver for ADC module to and sensor modules, implemented routines to handle keyboard.

As an individual contributor, implemented Serial port interface driver, developed control logic of PLCs using Ladder programming, implemented ADC module to capture and sense analog data. Implemented driver for stepper motor control and handled logic for matrix key panel based on interrupts. Also involved in verification and PCB design for single sided PCB’s double sides PCB’s. Gained significant knowledge on schematics, datasheets and embedded SW/HW interfacing aspects.
