Accountable for the performance and improvement of the three production plants from Incolbest, manufacturing Brake Pads, Blocks and Linings for Trucks & Buses, Commercial Vehicles, Passenger Cars and Motorcycles. • Turnaround: EBITDA rose from -6% to +22% in one year. • COP$1.726 million above the budget on Revenues • Increase daily ratio of production at by 21% average, • Production losses reduced in USD$520.000
