Technical and customer information support for external customers, DOW businesses and DOW join ventures in EMEA region. Advised customers according to specific product applications. Defined and applied improved process for team activities optimization. Defined and provided trainings to team members.

Planning and execution of product development projects related to plastic additive application. Technical support to customers for the development of polymer grades based on novel reinforcement agent and other additives for polyolefins. Technical support for Sales Managers in European region.

Developing specialty polycarbonate polymers. Improved methods for bio-polymer grades production and stabilization. Validated the application of novel carbonate based monomers in synthetic organic chemistry. Contributed as co-inventor to 2 patent applications.

Planned, evaluated and developing a research project aimed to synthesize new thermoplastic polymers. Synthesized and characterized functional thermoplastic polymers for membrane application. Developing and modified porous membranes for water purification application. Contributed as co-inventor to 3 patent applications.

Participation in the project: Optimization of Polyvinyl chloride production process. Designed and evaluated process equipment. Prepared and submitted contract conditions for suppliers. Supervised personal in the Production Area. Analysed and detected the environmental impact of the project and the process for ISO14000 certification.
