Chicha is a completely new restaurant concept for Berlin, inspired by the vast culinary diversity of Peru, specializing in Peru's most loved culinary export, ceviche. Max Paarlberg and myself have left everything behind to come to Berlin to offer something innovative and unique to Berliners and visitors of this fabulous city. We are currently in the stage of finding the perfect location for Chicha, a 70-100 seat restaurant and pisco bar. At this stage, we aim to open in February 2015.

•Successfully placed permanent/contract candidates including placements with new clients that resulted in more business •Handled the 360 degree recruitment lifecycle, including negotiation of terms and conditions •Accomplished several Preferred Supplier List wins. •Trained 2 Trainee Consultants and 1 Associate Consultant in the fundamentals of recruitment, deputised for office manager when needed •Promoted from Trainee Consultant to Associate. Promoted to Consultant and move to Zürich office.

•Developed and adjusted change management frameworks •Involved in a project to adjust and improve the organisational culture including collection of relevant data, applying academic knowledge and presentation in front of management •Prepared presentations and communication material for top-level management with high attention to detail to meet the expected standards •Planned, organised, and carried out workshops for staff on organisational effectiveness and design

•Handled money trade transactions on client and interbank basis •Involved in evaluating liquidity risk, short term interest rate risk, minimum reserve requirement ratio •Analysed and maintained internal databanks •Prepared and assisted in external meetings and internal projects

•Developed internal welcome pack for new marketing staff •Prepared a CO²-emission communication strategy •Prepared a purchase/hire recommendation of competitor vehicles for training purposes •Planned and executed a vehicle launch training for internals •Created and delivered customer e-communications in order to communicate brand activity •Evaluated training feedback and prepared results for Sales and Marketing Forum
