As a recruitment specialist I build a bridge between different disciplines, such as recruitment, IT, marketing, (labor market) communication, media purchasing and creation. In practice there is little synergy between these disciplines, but through my experience I know how to bundle these domains and get both active and latent jobseekers moving. The client is optimally involved in this process, in order to learn more about the labor market and how to come and stay in touch with your target group and what moves your target group.
