- Implementation of company-adapted learning and development plan and LXP including coaching, microlearning and blended internal training - Adaptation of contractual agreements and representative for German Labor Law and visa topics - Implementation of PEOs for foreign entities (US) - Managing external recruitment partners and EOR providers - Performing administrative activities including approval workflows, time-tracking and payroll documentation and preparation - Leading and coaching 3 team members

- Creating, implementing and managing the full recruitment process - Perform analysis of hiring needs, forecasting and recruitment budgeting - Design and delivery of/offboarding workflows - Execution of compensation and salary metrics - Function as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership and drive the talent agenda

- Responsible for the market entry and commercial development of e-mobility industry projects - Collaborating with external hiring managers to support recruitment needs and negotiating terms and conditions - Monitoring and analysing KPIs (Time-to-Hire, Candidate Conversion and Pipeline Performance)

- Identifying of client profile requirements and advise on competitive positioning - Facilitating salary negotiations and offer extensions

- Managing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes by leveraging recruiting software, social media, employee referrals - Acting as a liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
