Leading by far the most multicultural team (comprising of German, Egyptian, Turkish, Bulgarian and Indian engineers) in my career. - Providing Ultrasonic parking assistance/ADAS solutions to leading German OEMs. - Planning and providing direction in a very agile environment.

• SW Project management from product concept till commercialization. o Experienced in both agile project management & waterfall methodologies. o Executed and delivered projects against (or before) committed milestones. o Scope management, feature development & release of high quality product software. o Provide excellent and clear communication to customers, sponsors, management and partners. o Unique experience of handling OEMs in main land China and Taiwan.

o Built a strong team of Chinese engineers accountable for fulfilling the power/battery/Thermal requirements needed for the commercialization of Sony Mobile’s China products. o Led an engineering team to develop a process and a tool for the efficient management of hardware configuration specifications of our products. o Led cross functional team in the design & development of a tool to monitor phone HW performance. o Thermal optimization and thermal management task force leader.

o Led a team to debug and analyze phone software stability problems. o Managed a team of Japanese engineers accountable for phone battery performance. o Led the power optimization task force that collaborated cross functionally (Hardware and Software) within the Tokyo organization and across sites (US/Sweden/China) to find solutions, discuss features, make plans and deliver results . o Gained exposure to multiple software and hardware tools, latest Hardware platforms, Mobile OS’s (Android, Symbian, OSE)

o Facilitated the on time launch of the 1st Symbian based smart phone from SAMSUNG India. o Was proactive in design discussions and implementation of debug features in phone software. o Mentored newcomers in the team. o Coordinated the Field test effort in Europe from the Samsung office in Frankfurt - Germany and resolved show stopper issues. Problem analysis involved discussions with vendors and collaboration with development/test teams across sites in South Korea, India and Germany.

• Developed test cases and validated multimedia plug-ins for Texas Instruments cellular chipsets. • Ported/maintained/optimized communication and LCD device drivers for TI’s cellular chipsets. • Led component and regression testing of cellular chipset’s device drivers.
