Bluesteel Media is a boutique creative agency specialised in video production and digital media. Shai was end responsible for new business development and account management.

Shai launched a new recruitment agency in Sydney that specialised in interim Project and Change Management. Approach One was sold with a base of active contracts and preferred accounts to a major player in IT recruitment in Sydney, Australia.

Company’s first Principal Consultant in the Netherlands, in 2005 Shai went on to become the Top Biller/Recruiter for the entire SThree Corporation internationally. Shai developed from ground zero the ERP/CRM, BI/Business Intelligence, DW/Data Warehousing, Middleware and Interim Management markets while leading a high performing sales team of IT Recruitment Consultants.

Initially employed as a Customer Service Representative, Shai rapidly progressed through a number of roles to work on the SAP implementation in PMO support capacity. Immediately after, Shai project managed a successful implementation of IEX Workforce Management system.

Complete four year academic curriculum of part-time studies successfully completed in exactly two academic years. Shai has done this on his own initiative while working full-time as a Project Manager with Avaya.

Graduation Thesis awarded the best graduation work of 1997.
