I assist the HR manager in developing and updating the employee handbook, ensuring it complies with all relevant regulations and policies. Additionally, I actively participate in the recruitment process, screening candidates, and conducting interviews to help the company find the right talent. Furthermore, I specialize in interpreting Macedonian labor law, providing valuable insights and guidance to ensure the organization remains compliant and fosters a fair and supportive work environment.

Building the foundation of the support team, its processes, frameworks and practices; account management; SaaS testing and reporting bugs; handling inbound sales; training new employees.

Managing the film submission process, including coordinating with filmmakers and production houses; serving as a primary point of contact for filmmakers and guests, addressing their inquiries, providing information and coordinating their travel arrangements and accommodation; managing social media campaigns on Instagram and Facebook.

Providing managerial and marketing support to newly onboarded clients; actively working on Google My Business tools, TripAdvisor, One Bite, Facebook Food Ordering and Salesforce; offering product feedback to the higher management based on the client’s needs.

Manage high volume of inbound and outbound customer and pizzeria calls; focus on providing our customers and partners with world-class support; respond to and create emails for our customer calls.

Assisting in the organization of coordination meetings between the member states of the European Union; coordinate the catering, accommodation and travel for the member states, create the meeting materials and attendee welcoming packages.

Researching, data gathering and writing on the topic of illicit trade in Europe; focused on legal frameworks and trade regulations in the countries of the European Union; keeping a record of our discussions, and disseminating of the minutes on a cloud-based system.
