Based in Halifax Bank of Scotland, Leeds Head Office. As contractor, we install new PCs, laptops, printers and other equipments for clients. We also support, maintain and repair existing PCs, laptops, printers and all other equipments that were on clients’ network.

As System Administrator, I help migrated and upgraded the Lotus Notes server from Windows NT4 Server to Windows 2000 Server and implemented Norton Antivirus Corporate Edition on the server and Windows 2000 Servers. I also maintain and support the company network, network equipments, PC, laptops and printers. I also contact with suppliers for our office computer systems supplies.

As System Engineer, I had implemented and managed the LAN, servers, workstations and network peripherals for TM Touch Berhad and Total Logistic (M) Sdn. Bhd. As Team Leader, I had act as Project Manager in project management for Amadeus Global Distribution System (M) Sdn. Bhd. in implementing and support all the systems and hardware for their customers which are the travel agencies in whole of Malaysia. Also whenever there is activities involved my customers and Tourism Board of Malaysia.

• As one of the team, we had successfully upgraded and supported all the network infrastructure, computer hardware, servers and network peripherals for HSBS (M) Sdn. Bhd.
