Coordinate CM leads in planning and documenting the change management strategy plan and schedule. 4. Conduct regular meeting with countries in monitoring CM program. 5. Evaluate country user readiness before decision to Go Live. 6. Facilitate country to develop appropriate country training approach & strategy.
