• Master thesis to test for residual stresses, grinding burn and micro cracks in transmission shafts • Developing flexible testing methods to implement in production such as:- • Barkhausen noise analysis • Eddy current testing • Acoustic emission testing

• Lean production, efficiency increase in production through Data Acquisition Systems. • Design of Andon board to view live production with Interruptions in various machines during manufacturing • OEE calculation for the gearwheels and transmission shafts department • Working with softwares PROwork, PROvis and PROview from BDE Engineering GmbH for real-time production analysis • Quality assurance of DQ200 gears by measuring for Irregularities in gear teeth geometry and concentricity

• Internship in the paint booth of Paint shop, SUV unit of Mahindra & Mahindra Production line. • Responsibilities include minimizing rework of spray painting on the cars • Ensuring a smooth finished paint coat for all the cars manufactured.

• Training workshop on understanding the nuances of Formula 1 cars. • Solidworks and Lotus shark simulation software to design the chassis of a Formula SAE car. • A 1000cc engine for the car with a double wishbone suspension. • Spray paints to paint the outer body of the car.

• Study and analysis of 500 MW, 200 MW boilers and their rotating mechanical parts. • Study of boiler maintenance department, the output of the boilers and power output of the generators.
