Manage and setup a team of qualified design, simulation and test engineers according to MS Austria development standards and processes (Aerodynamics, Cooling, heat protection and HVAC) Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization

Integration team leader for Qoros CF1x development project development in China (PT testing) Ensuring infrastructure (workshop, measurement instrumentation, PT build up) and evaluation of test facilities (e.g. Aerodynamics- and Climate wind tunnel, proving ground and on road testing) in China Leading testing activities for Aerodynamics, Cooling - Heat protection and HVAC development
