In charge

Define and coordinate the validation process for Diesel Engines, currently in development, coordinate testing operations and following the Mechanical Validation, Engine assembly and problem solving, plannification of activities, I organize the activities of technicians. Iteraction with all other departments in order to improve the product (i.e Design, Quality,Production, Purchasing…) . I am in contact with suppliers for development tasks, contact with Customer in case that support is needed.

Resident Engineer at External Partner Facilities, in order to follow Liebherr Testing operations on site. Location: Karlsruhe, Germany As interface with Supplier, I took in charge all activities on site.

Development of my Master Thesis at Mechanical Department Politecnico di Torino. I developed a numerical application of "Cell Method" to solve problems related to component failure. This numerical analysis is developed by Matlab. This is a Research Structural Subject.

Validation test (bending test) on Composite material(Aluminium and Paper), and calculation of basic mechanical properties.

Supported by the Mechanical Engineering Department at Politecnico di Torino, I developmed my Bachelor Thesis. I Designed all components in a rotary actuator, with particular attention to the detailed 3D and 2D drawings with Solidworks. I designed all components by analytical calculations and with finite element analysis (software Cosmos pack, Solidworks).
