Über mich
Currently I am working in the area Engagement & Enablement. Prior to that I developed and rolled-out the digital learning curriculum for all employees, the Certified HR / Certified leadership programs as well as the One HR strategy. Until 2013 I was a Partner with DHL Consulting, where I managed their global lean/operations practice and headed the Asia Pacific office in Singapore. Previously I worked as a consultant for McKinsey, am holding an MBA and studied industrial Psychology in Germany and overseas.
