As the GDC [India & Eastern Europe] Operation Leader of SIAM global practice, I have built the SI - Global Delivery Center in India & Poland consisting of 150 FTEs ground-up. I have successfully delivered multiple SI / IT Service Management consistent stable delivery through strong governance and service improvements program resulted to year-on-year positive Customer Feedback/CSAT result and additional business of over 60M USD. Produced 40% contribution margin/revenue at an average.

Achieved multiple, large and complex Supply Chain Management - Global Programs successful delivery. One of the primary accomplishment during this engagement is the successful delivery of Oracle Transportation Management – Logistic System, CIO strategic Global Program Delivery an end-to-end Implementation – commissioning and decommissioning complex IT Stack 20 Applications and Infrastructure services with a budget of 30M M€ and 160 FTEs global team spread across [US, Europe and APAC].

I have accomplished and was pivotal delivering several complex, large and high value IT Infrastructure projects for Data Center Setup and Application Hosting Servers for Global accounts. Partnered with Delivery Project Executives and ensured collaboration with Global stakeholders. Successfully implemented IBM project management processes, standards and methodologies. Incorporated effective client relationship management and ensured highest client satisfaction [CSAT].

Successfully managed and achieved CITI Group - EPM project delivery and led 50 FTEs offshore delivery team for the business of CITI Group Project Management Office. Ensured governance, monitoring and reporting of the enterprise wide initiatives and strategies implementing Planview - Enterprise Portfolio Management Tool.

I have successfully managed and executed multiple projects and portfolio – SW Development and Application Management eCommerce Development and Deployments. Managed Projects and Client Relationship for a $5M application development outsourcing engagement for Fortune 100 Company. Resulted to positive CSAT, additional business and contract renewals.

Successfully executed web applications and desktop solutions Usability Engineering projects. Integrated products and services in exclusive Java technologies offering enterprise wide, best of the breed, scalable, customizable, cost effective and smart solutions.
