Responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition Team in Sales/Business field for whole Germany. Member of Global Talent Leadership Team. Member of Germany Management Team and Group Leadership Team.

+ Scaling-up and building our Vision and business in Germany with leading the Business & Operations Recruitment Germany wide. + Leading Talent Acquisition Operations, TA Projects, partially Strategy and leading Recruitment Team in B&O topics. + Partnering and consulting the business, influencing and impacting the organization in topics: Hiring, Onboarding, Performance, Learning and Development, Culture. + Consulting on Business Growth and Employee Attraction & Employer Branding

+ Acting as a business partner, consultant, and advisor to the organizations and clients + Designing and implementing recruiting processes + Client Executive - managing key stakeholder relationships, staying constantly engaged with leaders, hiring managers and others + Management of an end to end recruitment processes and projects + Consulting and advising start-up projects: establishing of new structures

Responsible for HR (EB, Payroll) and legal projects/services for Opel/GM.
