Operations & Logistics Managers own the “supply” side of the Uber marketplace. My role involves optimizing the quantity and quality of cars available and using the data we collect to help our Partners improve the rider experience.

I founded 3G Engineering with two friends from university as an engineering consultancy which provides automation and control systems solutions for the automotive, manufacturing & defence industries. Operationally I led and supported international engineering projects. At an executive level I was responsible for establishing a purpose and vision for the organisation and developing a customer-centric, outcome focused business with a culture of learning, transparency and autonomy.

I was responsible for project teams from bid through design, execution and close out for three international aluminium smelter projects (~USD $100m). Products were delivered on time and under budget with zero preventable injuries.
