A creative strategist passionate about the intersection of innovation, people, and society, I am a keen believer in challenging the status quo to create positive impact. Throughout my career, I have tackled complexity and transformation through the design and facilitation of human-centric strategies, products, and processes. Having worked or consulted for diverse organizations in the automotive, financial, consumer goods, creative and social innovation sectors, I have acquired a deep understanding of individual industry needs and challenges. I can understand both the MNC and start-up mindsets, due to my exposure to different stages of growth and varied organizational structures. Funnily enough, and regardless of the experience, the common thread in my professional story has been empathy. With the contractual agreements, financial and operational execution of the event and the post event invoicing arrangements I have been part of the the whole process at Kuoni DMC.
