The Technical Sales Engineer Program features challenging rotations that offer exposure to the company’s entire product portfolio, business processes and access to our internal network of professionals; including personal coaching and mentoring along the way from a team of industry-leading professionals. Rotating through several assignments to learn about TI’s products, customers and sales processes was part of the program.

Alongside my bachelor's thesis, I seized the opportunity to work as a marketing assistant at Teradata. Being employed on a working student basis as an marketing assistant, I was involved in the following activities: - Customer Services - Market Research - Market & Competitor Analyses - Campaign Management - Lead Conversion - Translations - CRM activities - Newsletter and promotional message creation

I decided to do this at Texas Instruments Deutschland GmbH and started with an internship in the sales department in order to gain further knowledge about the company and the way the entire organization is operating. Following this approach enabled me to start the creation of my bachelor's thesis more focused and precisely. After being employed as an intern, I completed my final assignment of "measuring and improving sales effectiveness, based on financial parameters and reporting tools"

During my employment as an intern at Texas Instruments, the following key tasks had been assigned to me: - Development of a measuring tool - Tracking and monitoring effectiveness of sales force - Restructuring data bases - Sales Pipeline Management - Market Research - Market & Competitor Analyses

Part of my studies was an internship at Robert Bosch Power Tools in Penang, Malaysia with the following tasks: - Improving long term opportunities in following the PFEP concept as an optimization of resources in terms of floor space, manpower and time, for an optimization of the company’s corporate process - KLT Bin tracking and updating supplier packaging information - Creating ROP reports - Troubleshooting Tracking - Creating and updating kanban card IDs

Tobit.Software designs innovative products for business and for private users. With no more than just 200 employees, Tobit.Software is most probably the smallest Global Player in the kings league of standard software. My responsibilities included: - Human Resource Planning - Customer Support - Coordinating a flight simulation program - Briefing of customers in German, English, French, Turkish - Solving of network failures and communication problems

I did an internship in Paris, France at Atisreal, which was a subsidiary of BNP Paribas. Atisreal was the real estate agency of BNP Paribas. I worked in the marketing department and my tasks were the following: - Involved in the planning, organization and implementation of marketing concepts - Commercial correspondence and assistance in German, English and French - Preparation and documentation of meetings and internal events - Actively involved in the creation of real estate presentations

As part of my studies I did a semester abroad in Jakarta, Indonesia at Binus University. This provided me a comprehensive view of business at the international level, as well as an opportunity to pursue a multicultural learning experience leading to a career in business.
