Effectively build and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.

Responsible for growing and securing the revenue for the ISV & OEM Sales Organisation Managing small and mid-sized ISV accounts Acting as an interface between Oracle’s sales and technical teams and the ISV partners Driving incremental revenue for Germany Developing and maintaining competitive knowledge on industries and products to leverage in the sales cycle.

Reporting : monthly sales report, 1st working day and 15th day gross sales forecast development Supervise targets: sales, turnover, margin, costs Monitoring of competitor activities/ market trends Organisation of press conferences, marketing events, dealer meetings and annual dealer trips

Management of the Key Accounts Database: lists of prices, articles numbers, promotions Logistic operations for new clients and new store openings Promotions confirmation (Key Accounts prices, articles) Customers complaints and goods refunds resolution
