As a PhD candidate I am working in the project “Intensified selective recovery of highly water soluble components from fermentation broths”. My scientific outcome includes 3 papers (1 published, 2 forthcoming) and 2 patents. I have been guiding bachelor and master students in their final projects. Next to research I got involved in various additional initiatives including setting up the Women Platform (WoPla). I also got interested in organizational behavior and ways of performance improvement.
