Ensure partner success through contributions on Sell-with GTM strategy, business development and solution development.

Key responsibilities – I was responsible to develop, enable and grow the technology partner ecosystem for Universal IoT Platform (PaaS for application enablement) and work extensively with start-ups & enterprises in IHV, ISV, and SI space. Define the joint value propositions, solution integration scenarios and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy with technology partners to target new customer logos and up-sell into the installed base.

Managed the product capabilities, people change management and business deployment of a multi-year sales transformation program, which was awarded the prestigious German SAP Quality Award 2011.

A business process consultant for a multi-year technology enabled business transformation program that led to the deployment of an integrated service & support platform (SAP CRM) in HP customer support centers. The solution provided an enhanced personalized customer experience, drove sales revenue generation and reduced costs by IT asset consolidation.
