I bring my history of customer-centric focus to the fore at Australian Unity, working with clients to ensure their needs are always met. My primary remit is Client Resolution, dealing with in-depth issues and providing solution based responses to client concerns. I consistently work with fund managers and product providers to determine the best solutions for our clients. Most recently I was given responsibility for office compliance and appointed Risk Insurance Leader.

As Director of my own business whilst juggling the demands of a family, I consequently decided to pursue a passion of mine – personal finance. I undertook studies to better understand the industry and, through serendipity, was introduced to a Director at Randle Advisory (part of Madison) who offered me an Assistant position whilst training me in para-planning, preparation / implementation of recommendations for clients, Xplan Database Management and general financial administration duties.

NLP is the study of excellence (how the best in their field obtain outstanding results). As a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, I worked with individuals improving the effectiveness of their communications; both personally & professionally, developing business plans and clarifying client’s needs to modelling successful business leaders and assisting interactions with upper management , employees, stakeholders and clients.

In 2005 I recognised a shift in the social landscape to personal improvement and established "GO Commando", an outdoor-focussed personal training business. I successfully pitched to, and won, corporate clients (Hyatt Hotel, Macquarie Bank, CBA, St George), trained groups of 10+ people in bootcamps & 1-to-1 training for marathons, triathlons & other endurance events. I also managed the clerical functions of the business such as invoicing, CRM engagement, personnel management and new business generation.

Starting as receptionist, HR quickly recognised my rapport building ability and tenacity and I was soon appointed the Office Manager role (of 350 staff). Responsible for the day-to-day running of the agency, events, employee training, building management and a team of four. The Creative Director subsequently requested me as his Executive Assistant; diarizing, scheduling and managing administration for a team of 25 creative staff, as well as being Social Committee Leader.
