Additionally creating, introducing and establishing workflows and processes while building up/hiring the "Business Management Utility" in Jaipur, India with >100FTE. Successfully relocating the workload to India.

Executing the Retailbanking IT Strategy and managing the Business Management-, IT Control & Governance and Global Growth teams with >40 FTE direct reporting. Managing the project execution of 850 IT professionals internally and 350mn€ budget p.a. incl the migration of Berliner Bank IT and the due diligence of ABN Amro and Postbank AG.

Executing the IT integration of the acquisition of norisbank and Berliner Bank, creating the "Retailbanking Innovation Lab", driving IT innovation and the "Q110 - Branch of the Future" while introducing design thinking and agile. Achieving significant cost reduction (20% TCO) by centrally managing the investment governance and portfolio management globally.

Managing the operating cost base of 2.7bn€ p.a. for the 19.500 FTE global Retailbank and leading Finance teams globally. Developing business strategies and business cases for the expansion in India and China, preparing of merger and acquisitions (e.g. norisbank and Berliner Bank).

Head of the Global Project Management Office in London, reporting to the CIO of IB IT, responsible for the integration of Morgan Grenfell Ltd into Deutsche Bank. Managing 5 FTE (2 internal, 3 external), establishing the first globally integrated IT budget and portfolio management for the Investment Bank IT after the merger.
