• Responsible for overall FEA / Passive validation involved in seating system development projects. • Involved and responsible for green results during RFQ’s for numerous programs • Involved in various FEA budgetary and capacity planning. • Mentor and Coordinate team to meet stringent budgetary and time requirements. • Member of internal Global best business practice team (GBBP) responsible for CI and standardisation of FEA processes.

• Leading a 3-member FEA team to support CRH Johnson Controls, Solingen Team for multiple rows seat development. • Responsible for complete deliverables i.e. overviewing various simulations against Federal and OEM specification, preparing report and presenting the same to larger product development team in CRH Johnson Controls, Solingen. • Mentoring and process assimilation where the team grew in size and independently handles all request from the CRH Johnson Controls, Solingen team.

• Responsible for Integration of FEA methods between Tata Johnson Controls Auto Ltd. Pune, India and Johnson Controls CRH Solingen after the acquisition of CRH by Johnson Controls. • Executed relevant FEA for various program involving crash and structural simulation for different row of seats. • Automation using Hypermesh command file for various activities like seat positioning etc. • Received Johnson Controls Merit Award for global growth, TJCE - CRH engineering support start-up team.

• Responsible for offshored seating CAE project execution for Johnson Controls Plymouth team. • Involved in various seat simulation using LS-Dyna Explicit (Solver) and Hypermesh (Pre - post processor). • Training and leading a small team to support global FEA work. • Johnson Controls Chairman’s award for successful launch of Toyota Camry Front Seats.

• Component level FE Analysis of different design of door hinges in Abaqus standard (solver) and Hypermesh (pre - post processor). • Finite element modeling of BIW components, closures, plastics and Trims in Hypemesh. • Extensively involved in handling complete body in white (BIW) modeling projects from request to delivery phase. • Rewarded with “ABOVE AND BEYOND” at Wipro Technologies for impeccable quality standards for various projects.
