HR Shared Service Manager Egypt, KSA, UAE, Novartis Pharma • Reporting to country HR director and accountable to country HR Board. • Lead and manage the implementation of the Egypt and Middle East HR Shared Services Centre for the 11 divisions of Novartis group across Egypt, kingdom of Saudi Arabia and United Arab of Emirates. • HR Shared Service Centre covers Organizational Management, HR Information Systems, Process Harmonization, Personal Administration, Benefits Administration and Payroll activities.

• Successfully managed and participated in more than 20 HR projects in MENA which enabled clients to efficiently restructure their organization. • Manage and lead HR work stream projects and fully responsible for managing and delivering to clients • Study and assess organization structure, benchmark against Global Best Practices, and develop organization design. • Participate in strategy formulation exercises - developing mission, vision, objectives, departmental objectives, and corporate values

Being a part of a Corporate team to establish a Human Resources Department in all branches of Saudi German Hospitals Group • Set up HR department and HR activities • Manage change and resistance through proper communication plan • Plan and implement policies related to all activities of HR functions • Present new policies to the Board of Directors • Conduct job analysis and loyalty and satisfaction survey for all staff
