Sonnet Capital GmbH is a Zurich, Switzerland-based strategic advisory firm supporting growth-stage companies with fund-raising, market entry, acquisitions, and management consulting services.

Responsible for design and implementation of profitable growth initiatives across Adecco’s two largest professional business lines, representing 2 billion Euros in revenues. Worked directly with 25 business leaders to develop and accelerate their business growth in 17 countries. Led solution design teams on key international client engagements, and provided operational consulting and go-to-market strategic advice.

Non-Executive Director on the Board. Established this company in New Delhi, in partnership with NIIT Technologies, to provide an offshore shared resource model to expand key application development and maintenance capabilities in support of IT consulting engagements in key markets, including France, Switzerland, UK, Australia, and US.

Miller Capital provides consulting services relating to corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, and product management strategy for growing middle market companies.

Candeo provides Internet advertising solutions to independent software developers, community sites, and online media companies. Craig managed the product roadmap, product marketing, production, and systems for internal operations.

Paciolan (acquired by Ticketmaster) was a venture capital-backed enterprise software company selling ticketing software solutions into professional sports, college athletics and performing arts venues. Craig was hired to help start the Product Management group, and was responsible for new product and business development, forging new technology and marketing partnerships, building and managing new business lines.

International advisory, using advanced financial planning and analysis to inform corporate development decisions. Craig made senior management presentations, generated and proposed financial alternatives, and modeled valuation, cash flow, and merger scenarios.

Managed teams of software engineers in the design, implementation, and rollout of software development, e-commerce, and business process reengineering projects. Responsibilities included client relationship management, running workshops with senior management, and making presentations to executives.
