As an on-site consultant, through P4W Romania I am responsible for: * Running end-to-end recruitment projects; * Providing administrative support for employees; * Processing various types of HR documents, generating HR related reports;

* Responsible for the administrative activities of the HR Department and ensuring that these activities are in line with legal requirements: - Maintaining and updating personnel files - Completing reporting tools needed for payroll processing - Generating monthly and ad-hoc reports regarding human resources - Keeping track of annual and medical leaves * Organizing various staff events;
