Leading the assembly area, consisting of 70 people including process engineers, quality engineers, planners and operators to: - Get the best of our team. - Deliver the production JIT with perfect quality. - Implement new projects and changes in the current ones. - Improve our processes and installations continuously. - Optimize performance, utilization and time cycle improving quality and lowering costs. Our products are directly delivered to the main car manufacturers.

- Improvement and simplification of the supply chain. - Forecasting, negotiation and follow up of prices and quantities. - Research, evaluation and follow up of national and international suppliers. - Purchasing strategies definition and coordination with other plants inside the group.

- Training of NOCU’s workers in Lean Manufacturing philosophy. - Process development for all the different business lines: added value flow definition, standardization, AMFEs and continuous improvement teams. - Purchasing and warehouse management: annual agreements with suppliers, warehouse visual management, points of order set-up and raw materials stock reduction. - Costing system modification and direct and indirect cost reduction.

- Selection, training and evaluation of the shift’s 6 middle managers. - Promotion of leadership, result-orientation and effectiveness of the team. - Continuous improvement of processes and facilities. - Optimization of performance, utilization and time cycle improving quality and lowering costs.

- Purchasing internationalization of finished garment (China, Vietnam and Myanmar). - Internationalization of garment manufacturing (North Africa and East Europe). - Organization and control of the process from new designed references to production. - Production planning, management and optimization regarding quality, costs and deadlines.

- Internal improvements: detection, development , implementation. - Preparation and follow up of internal quotations for new customers’ projects including new machinery and/or tools if necessary considering costs and deadlines. - Implementation of new projects and approved modifications. - Worldwide Global Sourcing of suppliers for metal stamped and plastic injected parts. It was mainly focused in Asia and East Europe. - Nationalization of running references being produced at HELLA’s Slovenian facility.

- European Technical Responsible for the development and operation of translucent materials. - Technical adviser of the Commercial Graphics Department for Spain and Portugal.
