- Definition, conceptual design and planning of international initiatives to support a sustainable transformation program - Implementation & control of defined projects - Evaluation of the economic implications including scenario development as well as the assessment and inclusion of innovative technologies and approaches (data, IT, analysis, etc.) in the respective programs - Tracking, reporting of project progress and achievement of targets, including deriving necessary measures to ensure success

- Global responsibility for the management of the Halogen business - Execution of the yearly budget planning & various business plans - Planning and evaluation of strategic projects - Forecasting, analyzing and reporting of the monthly performance of the Automotive Traditional Segment - Steering of asset management, productivity and pricing policy

- PMO for the global workstream “Country Coordination” within the project to carve out the general lighting business from OSRAM - Direct coordination & interface for all countries in North- and South America within in the HQ - Performance controlling of the region EMEA

- Interface at the HQ for the CFOs of the OSRAM subsidiaries in EMEA - Definition, calculation and monitoring of target achievements of various KPIs and targets - Execution of the enterprise risk management and risk & internal control process - Creation of business plan calculations for country concepts - Preparation and analysis of the Reporting & the Balanced Scorecard for the Region Management

- Planning of Electronic Control Gears - Product launch incl. phase in/ out - Global project work (e.g. implementation of ATO / MTO) - Process optimization within the supply chain
