The topics covered so far were Assessment Center Training and Mock Interviews, CV and Cover Letter Writing. The workshops are interactive, experiential and individual feedback is offered to the participants.

Coordinating and developing training and development programs and the talent management process for Kia Motors Europe - the headquarters and the 14 European subsidiaries. Designing and facilitating European-wide on boarding programs. Coaching employees on personal and career development; offering feedback on 360 degree assessments. Maintaining the e-learning platforms. Representing as an ambassador the core values of the company and aligning change management and CSR initiatives.

Responsible for setting up a campus marketing strategy with the aim of attracting and retaining top students & graduates. The result is a work package for Kraft employees to develop new and improve the existing recruiting programs, regarding their features, benefits, salary, trainings. The successful completion of the task led to its implementation in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Main tasks were comprised of offering one-to-one guidance to students on future internships and career opportunities. Contributing in international projects of strategic HRD with leaderships and professional development topics, preparing the headcount report monthly, analyzing the results of the KPIs, communicating with the HR offices worldwide on different running concepts, setting up and attending meetings and conferences of the HR Managers worldwide.
