At my current position, I am in charge of the following things: - Work with customers and project team to meet project goals; - Work with clients to clearly understand business requirements; - Manage internal and external project documentations; - Develop project proposals, quotations, etc for client approval; - Track and monitor project progress and ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements; - Troubleshoot project issues in timely manner.

Before actually getting down to work, I spent a couple of months investigating the potential scope of work. I quickly got excited with the Industry of IT and now trying to increase my knowledge and perform at my very best. At my current position, I am in charge of the following things: - establishing new contacts; - contract negotiation; - managing communicaton with clients and in-house developers; - customer support
